Flag of Saint Constantine

Saint Constantine the Great's standard was used starting in the year 323. It is described in historical sources as white with a blue Greek (or "couped") cross and four "B" shapes, symbolizing the phrase, "Basileùs basiléon basileuónton basileúei" (The King of Kings reigns over kings).
